Weekly Breakfast Shopping List Tool

Choose your own ingredient amounts for three breakfast templates. Count the people eating each template, combine matching food quantities, then subtract stock you can actually use.

This is shopping arithmetic for an ordinary adult household plan. It does not calculate nutrients, prescribe portions, assess allergens or set storage times. Follow the actual food and recipe instructions. People who need different amounts or foods may need separately adjusted plans.

1. Plan the actual mornings

Blank or zero people means that morning is not counted. Use a whole number. The selected template supplies the same chosen per-person ingredient amounts for everyone counted on that morning.

2. Set the foods in your three templates

The template headings are flexible starting points. Replace foods to suit the meals you actually plan. Reuse the exact same food name and unit only when it represents the same product, preparation state and, for pieces, the same piece size. Grams, milliliters and pieces never merge with one another.

Template A: Oat or cereal breakfast

Enter the exact foods and amounts you choose for one person’s breakfast. Include the preparation state in the name. A scheduled template must contain at least one positive amount.

A fully blank item is omitted; an amount of zero is also omitted. A named item needs its amount. Unused templates are ignored.

Template B: Yogurt or suitable alternative bowl

Enter the exact foods and amounts you choose for one person’s breakfast. Include the preparation state in the name. A scheduled template must contain at least one positive amount.

A fully blank item is omitted; an amount of zero is also omitted. A named item needs its amount. Unused templates are ignored.

Template C: Toast or another savory base

Enter the exact foods and amounts you choose for one person’s breakfast. Include the preparation state in the name. A scheduled template must contain at least one positive amount.

A fully blank item is omitted; an amount of zero is also omitted. A named item needs its amount. Unused templates are ignored.
